McDonald's in Laupheim

It's the worst MC'D I've ever been to. The staff may or may not respond to questions and if something should be changed in the ingredients, this is often forgotten. Whole products have also been missing from the order several times.

Waiting times longer than at other McDonalds, but they still taste good.

Already closed at 11 p.m. The worst Mc Donalds in Germany. The last scrap. Normally there would be zero stars.

Druve in a bit tight for a bus, but the operators can't help it Burger consistently lukewarm although fresh, French fries hot and FINALLY salted as it should be!

Once again a chicken mcwrap caesar with french fries ... tasted exactly like my first one at the good old HBF Stuttgart

It's annoying when you arrive at home and only half the order is in the bag. And what is also annoying is when the sauce from the burger is next to the burger in the foil and not on the burger.

It's a shame that you have to give a star here. Otherwise this McDonalds wouldn't get any! Food is served cold, the waitress doesn't understand German ... You could have given yourself that to open this shop again after the fire!

Fetched food from MacDrive again and unpacked it at home and something was often missing from my order. Happened only in Laupheim and is very annoying. Mc Donalds in BC and sending everything is always complete ...

there is always something missing. !!! I order right, I pay, but I never really got what I paid for ... How do you manage to work so irresponsibly? how you charge smartly and it hurts, you don't care if you've betrayed everything .. a shame .. never again!

Service total cheek! I ordered a voucher for € 4.99, paid € 10 and got a cent change. After complaining, I was told by the poor German speaking waitress, I paid € 5 and was then simply ignored.

Drive in is a no go, half of the order is missing and people are crazy. If you could subtract stars I would give minus 4 even the doors were locked from the outside.

Absolute disaster !!!!!!! A few weeks ago they forgot all of the chips at the McDrive. Today we got something again and AGAIN didn't get any fries for all three menus !!!!!!!! It can no longer be a coincidence. It was caustic even before the fire because BASICALLY something was missing. ALWAYS!!!! This shop already owes us a lot of money !!

Can you hire people who understand what? And employees who are able to issue orders correctly? And especially not old, already sticky food? Would be nice

Incomprehensible. After the store burned down, all standards were lost. Sauces are mixed up, orders are incorrect and incomplete and cold dishes are sometimes served. The cause comes up quickly, because if you observe who is serving you and prepares the food, you quickly realize that they don't even speak the German language. Here you are enriched not culinarily but culturally.

Friendly and fairly quick even though there were a lot of orders

A McDonalds time with a very unusual decor, as far as the seats. Otherwise there is enough parking outside and a drive-in. Whoever arrives here for the first time may have to search the parking lot with the entrance to the restaurant. Inside, it seems brighter than being in the Mc Donalds we know. The staff are fast and friendly. Our employee at the cash register was probably new and would have to be incorporated a little better. The quality of the food meets the standard of Mc Donalds. But here is waived cold temperatures on the ice in the drink, who does not explicitly wish, which I personally welcome ;-). The toilet was a disaster. The trash can stood in the corner next to his mount, from which he was probably torn. The hair dryer to dry hands was broken and the toilet paper which was used instead was lying around the sink, because there was no trash can and people are too lazy / piggy to clean it up properly.

Nice atmosphere, excellent staff!

It's ok, but the food is not always fresh.

The food tastes good. The location is very good for travelers on B30. The food was very tasteful, was made very fast and nothing was missing. I would go there anytime again. The restaurant itself was clean and there was a playing ground for the kids like we all used to.

An usual mc, nothing special. I just love the netzpotatoes
